Role Overview: Responsible for operational support to the Store Planning team for new boutiques, renovations, relocations and minor works throughout the Americas network

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in the project RFP processes – including but not limited to issuing RFP’s, preparing Bid Leveling for Executive Architects, Millworkers, Contractors
• Support project closeout tasks with Finance, General Contractors, Millworker and other Owners vendors, and organize 3D scans and professional photography for new store openings
• Oversee Store Planning data base, organize & archive construction design and close out packages
• Communicate and share Store Planning materials to external teams such as drawings, rendering, square footages, and other relevant files & information
• Draft contracts
• Prepare presentation materials for both internal and external meetings, workshops, etc.
• Manage logistics for minor works projects within existing boutiques. Liaise with boutique teams to facilitate the works and coordinate with Security team during the interventions
• Assist Project Managers with placing orders for Owner Supplied Materials for construction projects
• Support financial analyst with gathering documents for new vendor set ups, purchase orders and invoices

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:

• 1-3 years project coordination experience. Experience in the design, architecture, interiors, construction industries is a plus
• Organized, detail oriented and able to perform under time pressure
• Effectively multitask and able to pivot to time-sensitive tasks when required
• Superb digital presentation skills
• Ability to work autonomously with periodic supervision or check-ins
• Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, notably Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Luxury retail experience is a plus – not required
• AutoCAD, Photoshop, Bluebeam Revu experience is a plus
